The rules of using student e-mail are specified in the Rules of using student electronic mail – an Appendix to the Regulation No. 1098 of the Rector of the Bialystok University of Technology of 24 March 2020 on the use of student electronic mail and MS Office 365 service provided at the Bialystok University of Technology.
Under the regulation, each user receives access to an e-mail account with a capacity of min. 50 GB and additional functionalities available in MS Office 365.
The service is available from any computer with access to the Internet via any up-to-date web browser.
De-registration from the service will take place automatically after three months of losing the status of a student, doctoral student or postgraduate student.
During this period, it is possible to switch to the service for graduates, after sending a message to:
office365 [at] uci.pb.edu.pl with a request to transfer the service.
The graduate account gives access to e-mail only, without services available in MS Office 365.
