Steps To Apply For Admission
To apply for admission to one of our 1st Cycle (Bachelor’s) or 2nd Cycle (Master’s) programs, please ensure that you read all the 7 steps outlined below carefully. Each step is crucial for a smooth and successful application and enrollment experience.

- Admission fee payment confirmation (85 PLN).
- Application form and student’s declaration with wet signature.
- High Secondary School Certificate with mark sheet (in English or translated into English by a sworn translator).
- Apostil or legalization of High Secondary School Certificate and mark sheet to HSS certificate
- Passport size photo.
- Health insurance policy – valid for one year; 30 000 euro cover.
- Eligibility statement – a document with confirmation that the student is officially entitled to enter university education in the country under which educational system it was issued. The documents are usually issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or candidate’s higher secondary school.

Note: the candidate is required to take online interview with a representative of the University before receiving the letter of acceptance. The interview will be scheduled by the University and the candidate will be informed about it via email.
After arriving in Poland: During the first semester of study: Sworn translation of High Secondary School Certificate into Polish (made in Poland).

- Apostil or legalization of Bachelor degree with transcript of records
- Passport size photo
- Health insurance policy – valid for one year; 30 000 euro cover
- Eligibility statement – a document with confirmation that the student is officially entitled to enter university education at master level in the country under which educational system it was issued. The documents are usually issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or candidate’s University.

Only for Bachelor’s Applicants : If you are not a student from an EU, OECD, China, Ukraine or EFTA countries, you will need to have your documents verified by the Province Education Superintendents in Bialystok for your VISA APPROVAL. This process is in accordance with the requirements set by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please note that this verification is a mandatory step in the application process.
The Documents needed for recognition are:
- Higher secondary school certificate legalized/apostilled
- Transcripts of records legalized/apostilled
- Eligibility statement
- Sworn translations into Polish of (Higher secondary school certificate – Transcripts of records – Eligibility statement)
- Application form
- Authorization (if needed)
You must send your original documents by post or any shipment companies to this address:
- WIEJSKA 45A/C28 15-351 BIALYSTOK POLAND
- Or through a person you authorize to our university.
We will then submit these documents to the Board of Education Office for recognition.
Please be aware that this process may take up to 30 days.
