NEW IMPORTANT REGULATIONS:

• Apply to NAWA for recognition of your documents if needed – almost all our applicants are required to get this document. Find more information here

• Get an insurance valid for one full year, with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000, issued strictly by an insurer included on the official Polish ministerial list: List of recognised insurance providers

Gather all the necessary documents for your application. You will find here the full list of documents required for your program and country.

1. Admission fee payment confirmation (85 PLN)
2. Application form and student’s declaration with wet signature
3. High Secondary School Certificate with mark sheet (in English or translated into Polish by sworn translator), with recognition from NAWA (if required)
4. Apostil or legalization of High Secondary School Certificate and mark sheet to HSS certificate.
5. Passport size photo
6. Health insurance policy – valid for one full year, with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000, issued strictly by an insurer included on the official Polish ministerial list (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
7. Certificate of English proficiency (B2 or higher)

4. Apostil or legalization of Bachelor degree with transcript of records

6. Health insurance policy – valid for one full year, with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000, issued strictly by an insurer included on the official Polish ministerial list (Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
7. Certificate of English proficiency (B2 or higher)

Submit your application online here, ensuring that you paid your admission fee and all the required information and documents are correctly provided.

Please note: A programme will only open if a minimum of 12 admitted students is reached. If the required minimum is not met, a full refund of tuition fees will be processed.

Most bachelor applicants are required to take entry exam in Maths.

You need to come in the time frames given in your invitation letter, i.e. around two weeks before the beginning of the academic year, in order to complete the admission procedures at the University.
