Development and International Programmes Office

Office of Development and International Programs deals specifically with:

verification of submitted research, development and educational projects financed from external sources in terms of their compliance with the University development strategy;
coordinating the preparation of investment projects, including the purchase of scientific and didactic equipment, as well as administrative support and implementation of investment projects;
obtaining funds from external sources for the implementation of research, development and educational programs;
cooperating with universities, companies, non-governmental organizations, business environment institutions and local government units in the preparation of research projects financed from external sources and forming project consortia;
preparation and implementation of research, development and educational projects financed from external sources;
administrative service of research, development and educational projects financed from external sources;
performing monitoring and supervisory activities related to the implementation of research, development and educational projects financed from external sources;
cooperating with the Bursar in the preparation of financial documentation for projects, including preparation of documentation for financial control;
organizing trainings and workshops on funding opportunities for projects submitted and implemented by the University;
registering research, development and educational projects submitted and implemented by the University and financed from external sources, as well as registering contracts concluded by the University in connection with the implementation of these projects;
conducting activities of the Regional Contact Point for Research Programmes of the European Union.
