The Administration Department is a unit reporting directly to the Chancellor.

The main tasks of the Administration Department are:
- property management,
- supervision of the activity of Facility Managers,
- supervision of the activities of the Campus Maintenance Brigade,
- supervision of the internal and external security of the University’s facilities and property, and safety on the campus,
- supervision of transport services for the University with its vehicles,
- monitoring the proper execution of contracts covering the tasks of the Department.
