Three Times on the Podium! Cerber Motorsport at Formula Student in Austria

The Cerber Motorsport team from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Bialystok University of Technology has completed the Formula Student competition in Austria! The debut of the CMS-09 racing car on the Austrian track earned us three podium finishes, including in the most demanding dynamic event, endurance.

The Formula Student races in Austria took place from 21st to 25th July 2024 and kicked off a series of four competitions in which the team of constructors from the Faculties of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science is participating.

Our students presented a hybrid-powered vehicle for the first time, which earned them top scores in the following dynamic categories:

2nd place in the acceleration category
2nd place in the endurance category
3rd place in the skidpad category

Our team is now preparing for Formula Student East in Hungary, starting on 28th July! We wish our team the best of luck!
