Bialystok University of Technology was ranked 1st in the world in the Decision Tree speciality, ahead of 80 universities worldwide, including 5 from Poland. Notably, BUT also achieved a high 4th place in the Electrical Network speciality, where it was the only Polish university among 55 institutions ranked globally. Distinguished Researchers for Lifetime Scientific Achievement
In the “Highly Ranked Scholars” category for lifetime scientific achievement, Prof. Tadeusz Kaczorek, DSc, PhD, Eng., was recognised as one of the top-rated scholars. It is worth noting that only 13 Polish scientists were included in this ranking. Prof. Kaczorek ranked an outstanding 5th, which is a great honour and a testament to the high quality of his research.
Recognition for Recent Scientific Output
In the five-year speciality performance ranking, Assoc. prof. Krzysztof Żur, PhD, Eng., was recognised for his contribution in the field of Vibration, securing the 21st position.
