Bialystok University of Technology to Implement International Project CircleREdu with Erasmus+ Funding of 400,000 Euros!
18-07-2024– Bialystok University of Technology will coordinate two more projects within Action 2 of the Higher Education sector – Cooperation Partnerships. Such undertakings contribute to the internationalisation of our university, the development of new teaching methods and tools, and build a network of international contacts among staff, which is also valuable for the development of scientific cooperation, emphasises Assoc. Prof. Dorota Anna Krawczyk, DSc, PhD, Eng, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation at Bialystok University of Technology.
In the latest call for proposals under Action 2 Cooperation Partnerships, the “Circular Economy and Reverse Engineering Education for the Green Transition” project received financial support of 400,000 euros. These funds will be used to develop and test the multidisciplinary e-learning course CircleREdu, which will enhance the knowledge of higher education students on the application of reverse engineering principles for the needs of the circular economy.
The project consortium, led by Bialystok University of Technology, includes:
- Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Finland)
- Karlsruhe Institute of Technology KIT (Germany)
- Babes Bolyai University (Romania)
- ValueDo (Italy)
The university project team comprises staff from the Faculty of Engineering Management at Bialystok University of Technology: Prof. Joanna Ejdys, Julia Siderska, PhD, Joanna Godlewska, PhD, Assoc. Prof. Katarzyna Halicka, DSc, PhD, Eng, Aleksandra Gulc, PhD, Justyna Kozłowska, PhD and Łukasz Dragun, PhD.
Project duration: 1.09.2024 – 31.08.2027 (36 months).
