The ceremony will be broadcast online on the website of Bialystok University of Technology.

Recording and dissemination of the image of participants of the Opening Ceremony of the Academic Year 2023/24 at Bialystok University of Technology.

Photographs will be taken during the ceremony.

The image of the participants while on the premises of Bialystok University of Technology may be recorded both in the form of photographs and films and used for documentation and promotional purposes by the Organiser.

Persons who do not consent to having their image recorded are requested to report this fact directly to a photographer or the Organiser. Further participation in the event without the above notification shall be treated by the Administrator as an explicit action confirming consent to the processing of the image as personal data.
