It’s the 10th anniversary International Staff Week at Bialystok University of Technology

We would like to invite you to the 10th International Staff Week at Bialystok University of Technology, that will take place on 15-19 May 2023 and is organized by the BUT International Relations Office.

The 10th anniversary meeting for partner universities is organised by the BUT International Relations Office, as part of the Erasmus+ Programme. Among the participants of the International Staff Week will be representatives of university authorities, academics and staff of international relations offices from all over the world, such as: Algeria, Armenia, Belize, Bhutan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Spain, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia, Mauritius, Mexico, Germany, Romania, El Salvador, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, or Vietnam.

The guests will have the opportunity to get to know Bialystok University of Technology, attend meetings at faculties, and give lectures to BUT students and staff.

On Monday, 15 May, all those interested in establishing cooperation with partner universities are invited to participate in the following events:

• 9:00 – 11:00 – “Cultural stands” – presentation of partner universities from a minimum of 20 countries at individual stands in the hall next to the assembly hall 12 B in the Faculty of Computer Science building. At their stands, foreign guests will share information about their home universities. This will be an opportunity to network and sample delicacies from different parts of the world;
• 11:10 – 12:30 – Welcome Speech, introduction of the participants of the Staff Week and the consortium of European universities “Across” – the European Cross-Border University of Knowledge Sharing – meeting in the assembly hall 12 B, Faculty of Computer Science building.

On 16 and 17 May, from 9:00 – 10:00, we invite you to presentations on projects carried out at BUT under the Erasmus+ programme:

• Tuesday, 16 May 9:00-10:00, assembly hall 12 B, Faculty of Computer Science building – Presentation of projects carried out at BUT, funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
• Wednesday, 17 May 9:00-10:00, assembly hall P0/33, CNK building – Presentation of projects carried out at BUT, financed by the Erasmus+ programme.
