Attention students! Official communication with the University only via your Office365 mail

Update!
Due to the request of the Student Self-Government of Bialystok University of Technology, the process of changing default email addresses in the USOS system from private to email accounts in the @student.pb.edu.pl domain has been postponed. The new dates have been set as follows:
– 5 – 6 March active full-time students
– 7 March active extramural students

Dear students,
we would like to remind you that as of 25 February 2022, the only way to communicate electronically regarding your studies will be via your Office365 mail (login.microsoftonline.com). Your private email addresses available in USOSweb will be replaced with the university address in the @student.pb.edu.pl domain. As a result, all communication, e.g. from the USOS system, will be sent to Office365 mail.
Pursuant to § 3 of the Rector’s Regulation No. 1098 of 24 March 2020 on the use of student electronic mail and MS Office 365 service provided at Bialystok University of Technology, students of Bialystok University of Technology are obliged to use mail in the @student.pb.edu.pl domain. Starting from the beginning of the summer semester, i.e. 25 February 2022, this will be the only way of electronic communication regarding studies. Please do not send emails from private mailboxes as they will be ignored.
I would like to remind you that all students of Bialystok University of Technology have student electronic mail and MS Office 365 services. In order to start using MS Office, including email, please log in at: https://www.office.com/ (1) using a login in the form id@student.pb.edu.pl, where “ID” is the person’s ID from the USOSweb system. Then select the option “Launch application” in the top left corner (2) and from the list of applications select “Outlook” (3).
You can find your login information for MS Office 365 (5) in the USOSweb system under “My USOSweb” (4).
Logging in through the Central Authentication Service (CAS) to USOSweb, mobile USOS PB, CKZ, APD will not be available with a private email address.
Have you forgotten your USOSweb password? Reset it. It is important that the recovery address is the same as the one in the USOS system. So from now on it is ID@student.pb.edu.pl.
