Rules for taking final tests and examinations in the winter semester of the academic year 2021/2022 at Bialystok University of Technology
1. Final tests and examinations in the winter semester of the academic year 2021/2022 should be held on-site, taking into account the restrictions in force at the University.
2. Final tests and examinations should be conducted in accordance with the assessment method specified in the course description card, observing the sanitary regime, which means that:
• in the case of final tests/examinations conducted in a written form, students take every second row of seats in the hall;
• in the case of final tests/examinations conducted in an oral form, 1.5 m must be kept between the examiner and the student taking a final test/examination;
• between examinations the room in which the assessment of the learning outcomes achieved by students is conducted should be aired.
3. In the case when there are numerous groups of students taking a final test/examination, dividing the group should be considered.
4. Students and examiners are obliged to cover their mouth and nose with a mask while in the room.
5. The Dean may grant a permission to derogate from generally applicable rules for the conduct of final tests/examinations in the winter semester of the academic year 2021/2022 at the request of an examiner, informing the Vice-Rector for Education thereof.
6. Examinations are held according to the session schedule on dates set by the teachers and agreed with the students.
7. Any changes to the examination session timetable due to the national epidemic situation will be immediately communicated to the students via the USOS system and via an announcement on the Bialystok University of Technology website, as well as on the websites of individual departments.
