The Student Affairs Department reports directly to the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs.

The responsibilities of the Student Affairs Department include:

  1. Coordinating matters related to the course of study and tuition fees;
  2. Collaborating with the Student Council and the university student organizations;
  3. Collaborating with the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange regarding programs for students studying in Polish;
  4. Preparing lists of the University’s top 10% graduates;
  5. Providing administrative support for the disciplinary ombudsman and disciplinary committees for doctoral students;
  6. Preparing the academic year calendar;
  7. Coordinating competitions for the “Best Student” award;
  8. Administering the Konstanty Kalinowski Scholarship Program;
  9. Providing administrative support for the Bialystok University of Technology student research organizations;
  10. Administering the Ministry of Science and Higher Education program “Innovative Student Research organizations”;
  11. Preparing reports for the university authorities and the relevant ministry for the higher education, within the scope of the Department’s responsibilities.
