On 27 April 2026, the MOS system (Case Handling Module) will be launched. From that date, applications for a temporary residence permit for the purpose of studying will only be possible electronically via the government MOS portal.
To submit an application for a temporary residence permit, an attachment completed by the University is required. While completing the application in the MOS system, the applicant will be asked to provide the e-mail address of the unit responsible for the study programme.
Students of the Bialystok University of Technology and doctoral students of the Doctoral School must enter the following address: mos@pb.edu.pl.
