1. Send the documents listed below to our IRO officer, Artur Mazur

    • High School Diploma and Transcript of Records (BSc applicants) or Bachelor Degree and Transcript of Records (MSc applicants).
      Either of the above legalised in the Embassy of Poland or in the Ministry of Education (legalisation can be done after getting the admission).
    • Application Form.
    • Eligibility statement – a document with confirmation that the student is officially entitled to enter university education in the country under which educational system it was issued or in the country where it was issued.
  2. If your documents have been positively verified, arrange an interview via Skype® with Artur Mazur ( artur.mazur [at] During the interview he verifies your language skills.
  3. After succesful verification invitation letter is sent to you.
  4. If for some reasons you are not granted a Polish visa, send us your visa refusal note and you will receive full refund of your tuition fee (bank may charge some fees for the transfer).
  5. If you received your visa you are welcome to come to BUT, complete submit hard copies of your documents and start your studies.
