Activity Type: Internships for Employees / PhD Students of Białystok University of Technology
Date of activity: An individually agreed date between the scholarship holder and the host university, but no later than 30 April 2027.

• A residency scholarship (75 PLN/ per 1 day – students, 125 PLN/ per 1 day – PhD students).
Activity Type: Joint Scientific Publications
Date of activity: from January 2026 till February 2027 (or until all available project funds are exhausted)
Description:
As part of this project, researchers are invited to apply for funding to support joint scientific publications developed through international collaboration within the Across alliance. Eligible submissions must be co-authored with a partner affiliated with the Across alliance.
This initiative is dedicated to high-quality research outputs published in highly ranked journals with a minimum score of 140 points, in accordance with the current ministerial list. Funding may cover costs related to the publication process, including editorial fees and open access charges, up to a maximum of PLN 12,500 per publication, in line with the project guidelines.

Activity Type: Preparation of Modern Educational Materials
Date of activity: from September 2026 till April 2027 (or until all available project funds are exhausted)
Description:
Academic staff of Białystok University of Technology are invited to apply for funding for the preparation of modern educational materials to be used in teaching activities carried out in cooperation with Across partner universities.
Funding is available for:
- educational packages/modules for classes lasting at least 4 teaching hours – up to PLN 740 gross, including employer costs;
- educational packages/modules for 2-hour summer school classes – up to PLN 370 gross, including employer costs.
The materials should be prepared in English and be suitable for use in an international teaching environment.

Invitation to Participate in the „Support for European Universities” Project – Recruitment 2025
Bialystok University of Technology invites:
- university staff, including members of academic, research, and non-academic staff (provided their participation in the project is justified),
- students and doctoral candidates from Bialystok University of Technology and partner universities of the European University „Across”,
- all foreign partners of the „Across” project
to participate in the „Support for European Universities” project as part of the 2025 recruitment.
Project Participation Regulations
Regulations for organization, recruitment, participation and payment of scholarships and othe forms of financial support under the NAWA Programme can be found here: link.
Acceptance of the regulations is a prerequisite for participating in the recruitment process, which will be announced in advance to ensure everyone has the opportunity to apply.
