Participants selected for the project will receive:
• A scholarship to cover travel expenses to Poland
• A lump sum for living and accommodation costs in Poland
• A residency scholarship
Activity Type: Internships for Employees/ Phd Students of Białystok University of Technology
Date of activity: an individually agreed date between the scholarship holder and the host university, but no later than 31 July 2026
On-site location: a partner university individually agreed upon from among the following:
- Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany
- University of Perpignan, France
- University of Girona, Spain
- University of Udine, Italy
- University of Ruse, Bulgaria
- University of Craiova, Romania
- University of Nova Gorica, Slovenia

- 1500 PLN – Interns from Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania and Slovenia;
- 2000 PLN – Interns from France, Bulgaria, Italy;

Date of activity: an individually agreed date between the academic teacher (acting as the study visit supervisor) and the host university, but no later than 30 June 2026

Regulamin dotyczący zasad organizacji, rekrutacji, udziału oraz wypłat stypendiów i innych form wsparcia finansowego w ramach Programu NAWA znajdziesz tutaj: link.
Akceptacja zapisów regulaminu jest warunkiem przystąpienia do rekrutacji, która będzie ogłaszana z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem, aby zapewnić wszystkim zainteresowanym możliwość udziału.
Rejestracja do systemu NAWA
W przypadku zakwalifikowania się do udziału w projekcie (otrzymania wsparcia), konieczne będzie zarejestrowanie się w systemie NAWA.

Invitation to Participate in the „Support for European Universities” Project – Recruitment 2024
Bialystok University of Technology invites:
- university staff, including members of academic, research, and non-academic staff (provided their participation in the project is justified),
- students and doctoral candidates from Bialystok University of Technology and partner universities of the European University „Across”,
- all foreign partners of the „Across” project
to participate in the „Support for European Universities” project as part of the 2024 recruitment.
Project Participation Regulations
Regulations for organization, recruitment, participation and payment of scholarships and othe forms of financial support under the NAWA Programme can be found here: link.
Acceptance of the regulations is a prerequisite for participating in the recruitment process, which will be announced in advance to ensure everyone has the opportunity to apply.
Registration in the NAWA System
If you are selected to participate in the project (and receive support), registration in the NAWA system will be required.
