Deadline for Application: Open until all available places are filled
Selected participants will receive:
- A scholarship to cover travel expenses (round trip):
- 1500 PLN – participants from Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania and Slovenia;
- 2000 PLN – participants from France, Bulgaria, Italy;
- 3000 PLN – participants from Spain
- A lump sum for living and accommodation costs – 300 PLN per day spent in Poland and travel days (5 days x 300 PLN)
- A residency scholarship – 300 PLN per day spent in Poland:
- 125 PLN/ per 1 day – for doctoral students (5 days x 125 PLN)
- 250 PLN/ per 1 day – for academic teachers (5 days x 250 PLN)

Politechnika Białostocka zaprasza:
- pracowników uczelni, w tym przedstawicieli kadry akademickiej, naukowo-badawczej oraz pracowników niebędących nauczycielami akademickimi (jeżeli ich udział w projekcie jest uzasadniony),
- studentów i doktorantów Politechniki Białostockiej oraz uczelni partnerskich Uniwersytetu Europejskiego „Across”,
- wszystkich partnerów zagranicznych „Across”
do udziału w projekcie „Wsparcie Uniwersytetów Europejskich” w ramach naboru 2025.

Regulamin dotyczący zasad organizacji, rekrutacji, udziału oraz wypłat stypendiów i innych form wsparcia finansowego w ramach Programu NAWA znajdziesz tutaj: link.
Akceptacja zapisów regulaminu jest warunkiem przystąpienia do rekrutacji, która będzie ogłaszana z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem, aby zapewnić wszystkim zainteresowanym możliwość udziału.
Rejestracja do systemu NAWA
W przypadku zakwalifikowania się do udziału w projekcie (otrzymania wsparcia), konieczne będzie zarejestrowanie się w systemie NAWA.

Invitation to Participate in the „Support for European Universities” Project – Recruitment 2025
Bialystok University of Technology invites:
- university staff, including members of academic, research, and non-academic staff (provided their participation in the project is justified),
- students and doctoral candidates from Bialystok University of Technology and partner universities of the European University „Across”,
- all foreign partners of the „Across” project
to participate in the „Support for European Universities” project as part of the 2025 recruitment.
Project Participation Regulations
Regulations for organization, recruitment, participation and payment of scholarships and othe forms of financial support under the NAWA Programme can be found here: link.
Acceptance of the regulations is a prerequisite for participating in the recruitment process, which will be announced in advance to ensure everyone has the opportunity to apply.
Registration in the NAWA System
If you are selected to participate in the project (and receive support), registration in the NAWA system will be required.
