Last visit to Sybir Memorial Museum within Welcome at BUT project

On 08.04.2025 within the framework of activity II.10.4. ‘Cultural integration’ – cultural outings of the project Welcome at BUT financed from the Programme Welcome to Poland NAWA a record-breaking number of 20 people participated in the last visit to the Sibir Memorial Museum.

The Sybir Memorial Museum is dedicated to the people who were enslaved and sent deep into Russia and later the Soviet Union from the late 16th to the mid-20th century, as well as those who went there voluntarily. The students visited the main exhibition with audio guides, which was judged to be a convenient way of allowing them to receive the exhibition more individually at their own pace and according to their own language preferences.

W dn. 08.04.2025 w ramach działania II.10.4. „Cultural integration” – wyjścia kulturowo-integracyjne projektu Welcome at BUT finansowanego z Programu Welcome to Poland NAWA rekordowa liczba 20 osób uczestniczyła w ostatnim zwiedzaniu Muzeum Pamięci Sybiru.

Muzeum Pamięci Sybiru jest poświęcone ludziom, którzy od końca XVI aż do połowy XX wieku byli niewoleni i zsyłani w głąb Rosji, a później Związku Sowieckiego, jak też tym, którzy podążali tam dobrowolnie. Studenci zwiedzili wystawę główną z audioprzewodnikami, co było ocenione jako wygodna forma pozwalająca na bardziej indywidualny odbiór wystawy we własnym tempie i wg własnych preferencji językowych.
