Registration for free culinary workshops 11.07.2026 (extra edition)

Take part in an extra edition of culinary workshops and learn how to prepare Polish traditional food!

Workshops will take place on 11.07.2026 (Saturday) at 11:00 a.m. and will last about 3 hours. Location: Zmokła Kura culinary studio in Bialystok. There will be a bus for participants of the workshops, which will take the group to the studio from the front of Beta dormitory and after the meeting will bring you back to the campus.  
 
 
 
 
Detailed programme:

10:30 am gathering in front of Beta dormitory (Zwierzyniecka 12 Street)
10:40 am bus ride to the culinary studio
11:00 am Welcome of workshop participants, division into task groups, introduction of the menu
11:10-12:30 am Cooking time
12:30-13:15 am Lunch, presentation on Polish cuisine and short quiz with souvenirs
13:20 am Bus ride back to the campus

CAUTION! The number of places is limited: we offer free workshops for 15 students, international and local. Registration is based on the order of applications. You will receive a message with a confirmation of participation from project coordinator, Marta Orpik (m.orpik@pb.edu.pl).
