Take part in next culinary workshops and learn how to prepare Polish traditional food!

Workshops will take place on 28.05.2026 (Tuesday) at 09:30 a.m. and will last about 3 hours in Zmokła Kura culinary studio in Bialystok. There will be a bus for participants of the workshops, which will take people to the studio from the front of IRO and after the meeting will bring you back to the campus.

Detailed programme:

09:00 am gathering in front of IRO
09:10 am bus ride to the culinary studio
09:30 am Welcome of workshop participants, division into task groups, introduction of the menu
09:40-11:30 am Cooking time
11:30-12:30 am Get-together lunch, presentation on Polish cuisine and short quiz with souvenirs
12:30 am Bus ride back to the campus

Menu of the workshops:

Pierogi – dumplings with smoked cottage cheese and chives
Mielone – ground chicken cutlets with carrots and peas and mashed potatoes
Moskole – potato pancakes with Gouda cheese, yogurt, chives, garlic butter
Chłodnik – cold beetroot soup with potatoes, egg, radish, dill, chives
