Welcome Dinner 11.03.2026

We invite all students to Welcome Dinner!
It will take place on March 11, 2026 at 12:30 in Assembly Hall C25 at Faculty of Computer Science.

Meeting will consist of two parts – obligatory one, and non-obligatory.

12:35-12:40 Students Residence Halls regulations summary
12:40-13:00 Informational meeting with representatives of the Police and Border Guard
13:00-13:20 Coffee break, Q&A with Police, Border Guard and Students’ Halls representatives

Non-obligatory part:

13:20-13:50 Welcome Center tips on staying in Poland and studying at BUT and Welcome Packs distribution
13:50-14:20 Polish language and culture in a nutshell
14:20-14:50 Presentation of the Welcome to Poland Programme and upcoming activities for students
14:50 Invitation for lunch (in menu: Polish traditional food; only for participants of the second part of presentations)

Event is organized and financed within „Action-Integration 2.0” project coordinated under Welcome to Poland Programme NAWA Narodowa Agencja Wymiany Akademickiej.
