Join us to celebrate beginning of new semester and your presence at our University!
Welcome Dinner organized within Welcome at BUT project, will take place on 09 October 2024 at 12:00 in Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Assembly Hall 447.
It will be a great opportunity to find out more about Bialystok University of Technology and our city, to meet with faculty coordinators, Welcome Center staff and other students, and to learn some new things about Poland and Polish language. What is more, one of the points of the meeting will be obligatory presentation made by Police and Border Guards. Meeting will be finished with dinner during which you’d have possibility to try some Polish and regional food.
All international students and guests are invited!

Programme of the event:
12:00-12:10 official opening of the event
12:10-12:25 presentation of the university and the city / Welcome Center
12:25-13:00 meeting with the Police and Border Guards
13:00-14:00 introduction to learning Polish language and Polish culture / POLISH LAB
14:00-15:00 lunch
Activity financed from Welcome at BUT project coordinated within Welcome to Poland, NAWA programme.
Preservation and dissemination of the image of participants of the eventDuring Welcome Dinner photographs will be taken. The image of participants staying at the event may be recorded both in the form of photos and videos and then used for documentation and promotional purposes by the Organizer.
People who do not consent to having their image recorded are asked to report this fact directly to the photographer or the Organizer. Further participation in the event without the above notification is treated by the Administrator as an express action confirming consent to the processing of the image as personal data.
