Culinary workshops for international students
18-03-2024Take part in next culinary workshops and learn how to prepare Polish traditional food – this time Easter specialities!
Workshops will take place on 27.03.2024 at 4:30 p.m. and will last about 3 hours in Zmokła Kura culinary studio (localization: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Nychgonp1MvECWBC7). There will be a bus for participants of the workshops, which will take people to the studio from the front of IRO and after the meeting will bring you back to the campus.
Detailed programme:
16:00 bus ride to the culinary studio; meeting point: in front of IRO
16.30 Welcome of workshop participants, division into task groups, introduction of the menu
16.30-19.00 Cooking time
19.00-20.00 Tasting of the prepared dishes
Menu of the workshops:
1. Stuffed eggs: salmon, chives, mayonnaise
2. Herring in cream: onion, sour cream, dill
3. Horseradish cream: smoked cottage cheese, croutons, chives, egg
4. Duck leg in oranges with beetroot with horseradish, dill, potatoes
5. Pascha / nuts, cottage cheese
