Welcome Dinner 10.10.2023

Join us to celebrate beginning of New Academic Year and your presence at our University!

Welcome Party organized within Welcome at BUT project, will take place on 10 October 2023 at 1 pm in Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Assembly Hall I.

It will be a great opportunity to find out more about Bialystok University of Technology and our city, to meet with faculty coordinators, IRO staff and other students, and to learn some new things about Poland and Polish language. Meeting will be finished with dinner during which you’d have possibility to try some Polish and regional food.

All international students are invited!

Programme of the event:

13:00-13:15 official opening of the event
13:15-13:45 presentation of the university and the city / IRO
13:45-14:15 introduction to learning Polish language and Polish culture / Polish LAB
14:15-14:30 BWM and ESN events in the winter semester – schedule
14:30-14:35 ending, invitation to refreshments
14:35-15:30 lunch consisting of regional and Polish dishes

Preservation and dissemination of the image of participants of the event

During Welcome Dinner photographs will be taken. The image of participants staying at the event may be recorded both in the form of photos and videos and then used for documentation and promotional purposes by the Organizer.
People who do not consent to having their image recorded are asked to report this fact directly to the photographer or the Organizer. Further participation in the event without the above notification is treated by the Administrator as an express action confirming consent to the processing of the image as personal data.
