Application

How to apply for studies?

How to become an Erasmus+ / freemover student at BUT?
  1. Contact the International Relations Office at your university.
  2. Get nominated by your university.
  3. Wait for an e-mail with the instructions.
  4. Apply in BUT registration system – IRK2* (https://irk2.uci.pb.edu.pl) – (it’s mandatory)
  5. Send the required documents to your BUT International Relations Officer.
  6. Receive the Invitation Letter and start your visa application process (if needed).

Required documents

  • OLA (Online Learning Agreement)  through the EWP platform          —> *does not apply to freemover students

IMPORTANT: If your university is not fully integrated to the EWP system, and we don’t receive your OLA, we require the PDF version, signed by you and the responsible person from sending institution as well.

Important!

Documents without the IRK2 online application won’t be accepted, because the online system is used for booking places in the courses you selected.

Mentor Program

 
Dear incoming Erasmus students,

Are you already excited about your semester in Bialystok? Are you wondering how to survive your first days in a completely new city? Or maybe you dream of meeting someone who will help you arrive?

With a Mentor, your adventure in Poland will be full of support and joy! A Mentor is a Polish student who will be your guide and friend. This person will contact you before your arrival, show you the way to the dormitory, the International Relations Office, help you find a faculty coordinator and fill out all the necessary documents, and if you want, go with you to a party or other activities! This will be a crazy time and a little support will always come in handy. You can ask him about anything!
