MINT

Project MINT
Polish - German Youth Cooperation

Project MINT

The project of common lessons – MINT: analysis of soil, water and air. The objective of our project is to establish and deepen long-term and fruitful cooperation between students of Polish and German schools. We aim to facilitate a collaborative environment where we can share insights, exchange ideas, and collectively progress. In addition to the scientific objective of developing a uniform research methodology, collating research results on water, air and soil pollution, and creating a website (in English, German and Polish) with the research results, we aim to facilitate mutual understanding of each other’s country, culture, history and customs.

The Polish-German Youth Cooperation (DPJW) facilitates meetings and collaborative endeavours between young people from Poland and Germany. It provides financial support and assistance to projects that are of shared interest to Poland and Germany.

Polish-German Youth Cooperation (DPJW) enables meetings and cooperation between young Poles and Germans. It finances and supports Polish-German projects.

How do we do it?

None of the things, that we acomplished acroos the years would be able without Deutshe-Polnische Jugendwerk.

DPJW subsidizes youth meetings as diverse in terms of topics and forms as the interests of young people – from theater, through inter-school environmental projects, to field hockey matches.

DPJW builds foundations for good-neighborly relations between Poles and Germans.

DPJW releases the energy of young Poles and Germans, enabling them to collaborate in a creative way. DPJW is open to ideas and initiatives of young people from all backgrounds – as diverse as Poland and Germany are.

A little about us

ALOPB is a non-state secondary school for 14-18-year-olds, which operates within the rules and regulations of a state school, and is a part of Bialystok University of Technology. The school was established in 2016 and was addressed to high-aspiring and talented students willing to pursue their education in the field of sciences with the use of modern technologies and fully-equipped science labs that our school offers. The main focus of ALOPB are extended courses in Mathematics, IT, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. German or Russian can be chosen as the second foreign language.
