ANSYS
On 1 September 2021, the University IT Centre took over management of the ANSYS license server.
Installation instructions for ANSYS are available on the BUT University IT Centre Documentation page, accessible from the University IT Centre main page via the “Systems e-instructions” tab.
The current ANSYS Academic Multiphysics Campus Solutions license provides access to all ANSYS modules for staff, doctoral students, and students for research and educational purposes. Annual, free access to the campus license includes 25 research workstations and 250 teaching workstations.

These licenses are independent, allowing simultaneous use by multiple users. They complement the previously active ANSYS Academic Multiphysics Campus Solution (10/100) license.
Please note that ANSYS continuously integrates newly purchased technologies, such as RockyDEM, so some tables may not reflect the most current version.

From 9 June 2025 to 15 January 2026, the Bialystok University of Technology academic community can test the Ansys Granta package.
Ansys GRANTA is specialised educational software that supports teaching in materials engineering, design, natural sciences, and sustainable development at universities and technical schools. It allows students and lecturers to interactively explore, compare, and select materials and technological processes in the context of product design and engineering problem-solving.
