USOSweb – Virtual Dean’s Office
The associated USOSweb application was the first to be developed and offers the most extensive range of services. It enables the digitalisation of numerous tasks and procedures performed by academic staff and students related to the organisation and documentation of the course of studies.
Some of the key features include:
- For teaching staff:
- checking the timetable of their scheduled classes and managing their personal timetable,
- accessing participant lists for course groups and exporting data,
- assigning grades and assessments, printing, and approving reports,

- checking class schedules, obtained grades and credits, and updating subject and credit achievements,
- completing surveys on the teaching process and participating in elections held within the USOSweb system,
- accessing information on tuition fees, financial aid received, etc.,
- communicating with fellow study group members and course instructors.
Additionally, anyone can browse available courses, academic requirements for specific study programmes, the university’s organisational structure, and search for staff members.
