Online Recruitment System (IRK)
A candidate’s first contact with their future university begins with exploring the comprehensive offer of available study programmes and understanding the admission requirements. The IRK system, integrated with USOS, provides:
- full information on the qualification process for a registered candidate – from enrolling in a programme, calculating and paying the application fee, checking their position on the ranking list, and receiving the admission result, to printing the application form (personal questionnaire) and final acceptance into the university,
- retrieval and processing of data from the Educational Information System (SIO, https://sio.gov.pl) for candidates who have consented to the processing of their data for recruitment purposes, including:
- Matura exam results recorded on school-leaving certificates taken under the new Matura system and annexes,
- titles of laureates and finalists of Olympiads,
- document numbers,
- names of completed secondary schools,
- candidate qualification using functions that calculate results based on Matura exams and internal examinations conducted by the university,
- processing photos of candidates necessary for the Electronic Student Card (ELS),
- communication between admission committees and candidates, responding to queries and concerns through a dedicated discussion forum,
- printing documents related to the qualification process: protocols, decisions, and reports,
- reporting on the recruitment process and providing statistical data.
