Mobile USOS BUT

Mobile USOS BUT is designed for students and staff of Bialystok University of Technology. The app is available in Polish and English for Android and iOS devices. A university account (CAS account) is required to use the app.

Mobilny USOS 2.0 is an updated version of the official mobile application integrated with the USOS system (University Study-Oriented System), now available to the academic community of Bialystok University of Technology. The application is available for Android devices and offers convenient, secure and fast access to key student and academic services – anytime and anywhere.

Key Features of Mobile USOS BUT:

  • study groups – view course details, lecturers, and participants. Check the location of classes on Google Maps and add class times to your mobile calendar,
  • grades/reports – Students can view their grades, while staff can enter grades into reports. Notifications will be sent when new grades are added.
  • tests & assignments – students can check points from quizzes and assignments, while staff can enter scores, grades, and comments and adjust the visibility of results. Notifications are sent for new results.
  • surveys – ttudents can fill out evaluation surveys, and staff can monitor the number of completed surveys in real time,
  • USOSmail – allows sending messages to students and instructors from one or multiple study groups,
  • My Student IDs – displays the front and back of the electronic student ID. Doctoral students and staff can also view their respective IDs. Attention! The digital ID image in the app does not grant eligibility for discounts.
  • mLegitymacja (mobile student ID) – allows students to request an electronic ID via USOSweb,
  • My eID – stores PESEL number, student index number, ELS/ELD/ELP number, PBN code, ORCID, etc. These details can be displayed as a QR code or barcode.
  • useful information – displays contact details for key university offices, such as the dean’s office, student government, etc.,
  • news – provides access to announcements from university authorities, including messages from deans, student office staff, or student government,
  • search function – allows users to search for students, staff, and courses,
  • timetable – Enables students to view their class schedule with options for Today (default view) Tomorrow, Full week, Next week, Custom week selection.

The Mobile USOS BUT app was adapted to Bialystok University of Technology by the University IT Center and is continuously being improved. New features will be added over time. User feedback is welcomed. . Report issues via: Helpdesk – for support with university systems and services..

Mobile USOS is owned by the University of Warsaw and the Inter-University Center for Informatization. It was developed as part of the “e-UW – Development of e-Services for Education at the University of Warsaw” project, co-financed by the Regional Operational Programme of the Mazovian Voivodeship 2014-2020. Project duration: 2016-2019.
