Academic Secondary School of the Białystok University of Technology
ALOPB is a free, non-state secondary school for 14-18-year-olds, which operates within the rules and regulations of a state school, and is a part of Bialystok University of Technology. The school was established in 2016 and was addressed to high-aspiring and talented students willing to pursue their education in the field of sciences with the use of modern technologies and fully-equipped science labs that our school offers. The main focus of ALOPB are extended courses in Mathematics, IT, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. German or Russian can be chosen as the second foreign language.

Białystok University of Technology jis the largest technical university in north-eastern Poland. The university has over 70 years of tradition, conducts studies in a three-cycle system – first-cycle studies (3-year undergraduate and 3.5-year engineering studies), second-cycle (1.5 or 2-year master’s) and doctoral studies (third-cycle, 4 years).
About Białystok University of Technology
Nearly 60 student interest clubs operate at the Białystok University of Technology. They give the opportunity to implement original projects and ideas, from electronic systems to Formula Student racing cars. It is conducting research in cooperation with mentors, such as the GeoCon innovative building material project. It is the creation of scientific articles or other valuable studies, such as the “Guide to wooden Podlasie”, which popularizes the architectural heritage of our region. Białystok University of Technology also gives students the opportunity to implement their own original projects and ideas.
