Do you want to know yourself better? Look at yourself differently? Discover talents? If so, I invite you to tutoring. I chose this form of work to give vent to my deep need to help young people in their struggles with the study process. I wish to work in the area of developmental tutoring, using a variety of tutoring tools. I am geared towards working with people who want to discover their strengths, find or deepen their passion, or even better understand themselves.
I am eager to welcome students who are committed to the process of self-development, ready to complete homework assignments from meeting to meeting, and disciplined. Those with average grades are welcome. I offer the possibility to work in Polish and/or English. On tutorials with me you will spread your wings, gain confidence, discover the path of your own development.
My name is Małgorzata Ewa Ciereszko, I am a Doctor of Philosophy. Privately, I am interested in the philosophy of positive approach to life and self, personality analysis in Human Design system, I love reading and I like people very much. I invite you to join me!

I am a lecturer of English and Polish at the Foreign Language Centre of the Bialystok University of Technology. I have conducted two tutorials at our university, which has significantly enriched my experience in working with students.
What can you gain from working with me? Above all, I focus on building relationships and communication, where English can be a tool to discuss issues/problems of interest to you. I want to give you the opportunity to go beyond the patterns of traditional education and see yourself from a different perspective using tutoring methods that allow you to discover your strengths, talents. Or maybe you need support in setting goals or guiding your interests? I invite you to discover your personality and its development together and discuss topics related to your interests. I offer the possibility to work in Polish and/or English.

If you want to develop your English language skills with a view to using them in your later career, but not only, I invite you to join my tutoring sessions. I will use methods and techniques tailored to your interests and abilities, as well as my experience from years of working as an English teacher and from running a real estate office. It is important for me to communicate with the other person and to journey together towards a goal, so don’t be afraid that your English is “not good enough”. You don’t need to have a high average mark, it’s important that you are not afraid to work from class to class.

Lecturer of English and Spanish at the Foreign Language Centre of Bialystok University of Technology, tutor with experience after having conducted two tutorials at PB, also interested in leadership and management issues, MBA graduate – Innovation and Data Analysis, passionate traveller and Erasmus supporter – as part of the Erasmus+ programme I worked with students in Spain, the Czech Republic, Finland and South America (Bolivia). I love good reading, cats, mountain hiking, fitness and cycling. I highly value attentiveness, a distanced approach to the world and people and the ability to strike up a conversation and delve deeper into the topic under discussion. A sense of humour and the ability to listen to the other person is my added advantage. Tutorial language: English or Polish.

I love changes. For me, every change means new challenges and opportunities, it means discovering unknown areas, new passions, meeting new people, as well as getting to know myself better. Consequently, it brings a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
Changes in life are inevitable, but also essential. They may be tough, and that’s why we sometimes prefer to stop to ‘wait it out’, fearing risks and failure. Whereas, I encourage you to be brave and take those risks.
I invite you to tutoring sessions that will focus on taming change in your personal and professional life. During our meetings, we will focus on developing adaptability skills, discovering your own talents, building self-confidence and dealing effectively with new challenges. We will work out the most important steps that need to be taken to make the change effective and successful.

If you are afraid to speak English and make mistakes – my proposal is addressed to you. My goal is to empathetically accompany you on your development journey, teach critical thinking and rhetorical skills to defend your own arguments. I am interested in such issues as soft aspects of management, assertiveness, resilience, aspects of working in a multicultural team, inclusive organizational culture and neurodiversity. I derive my motivation and drive from interacting with others, carrying out inspiring teaching projects, and participating in workshops on diversity and anti-discrimination.

They will give you the possibility of personalised tuition, well aligned to your needs, and let you look at yourself and the surrounding reality from another perspective. I believe knowledge of a foreign language is a tool for development in every field – it allows you to develop your professional life, deepen your passions and makes it easier to explore the world. If you are interested in improving your communication skills and developing your competences in public speaking in English, I invite you to work with me this semester.I am a Polish – American English teacher who has been associated with the Białystok University of Technology since 2015. I am interested in Frontier Technologies (Generative AI, Smart Cities, Nanotechnology) and Sustainable Development. I represent the Baltic University Programme at our university.I would like to work with you on your public speaking skills in English. Conducting good research is one thing, but being able to convey your message clearly and concisely is another. What do you want to say to the world? I’d like to help you find out. We will work with a TEDx speaker guide to create a talk worthy of such a stage.

I am interested in effective transfer of information and knowledge. My personal and professional motto is “Less is more”. In my teaching practice and scientific work, I use simple language, which is understandable to the average recipient.
