Registration

1. a) Complete the online recruitment form available on the Project website
2. b) Upload to the virtual drive a complete set of required documents, including:

• a document confirming the status of a student or doctoral student issued by the home university (in English),
• a certificate confirming knowledge of English at a level sufficient to participate in classes.

Note:

Check § 5 of the Regulations for details.

Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

When uploading documents to the virtual drive, please name each file with your surname.

STEP 2 – Formal verification of documents – by 4 March 2026

The Recruitment Committee checks whether the candidate meets the formal eligibility criteria set out in the Regulations.
The candidate will be informed of the result by email.

STEP 3 – Qualification test (programming skills) – by 12 March 2026

Candidates who pass the formal verification will receive an email invitation to take an online test checking basic programming skills.

STEP 4 – List of qualified candidates and reserve list – by 17 March 2026

Based on the test results, the Recruitment Committee prepares:

• a list of up to 45 qualified participants,
• a reserve list in case some candidates withdraw.

The candidate will be informed of the result by email.

STEP 5 – Registration in the NAWA system – by 22 March 2026

A qualified candidate (Project Participant) must:

create an account in the NAWA system,

• complete the online Project Participant form (a link will be provided),
• download the generated PDF form,

• upload the PDF form to the virtual drive.

STEP 6 – Final confirmation of participation – by 30 April 2026

To complete the recruitment process, the candidate must submit a copy of their flight ticket confirming readiness to participate in the programme.

If the flight ticket is not submitted by the deadline, the candidate will be removed from the list of qualified participants, and the next person from the reserve list will be admitted.
