Information on the processing of personal data
Administrator’s information on processing of personal data for the purposes of organising courses/training/examinations* – pursuant to art. 13 (1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR)
- The Administrator of your personal data is Bialystok University of Technology, 45A Wiejska, 15-351 Białystok (hereinafter referred to as the University), tel.: 85 746 90 00, www.bip.pb.edu.pl, e-mail: rektorat [at] pb.edu.pl.
- Pursuant to Art. 37 (1) (a) the Administrator has appointed the Data Protection Inspector with whom you may contact by email at: iod [at] pb.edu.pl.
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of registration and organisation of the exam – pursuant to art. 6 (1b) GDPR.
- The recipients of your personal data may be banks, providers of postal and courier services, entities providing services to the University, including Internet service providers, legal services and other entities authorised under applicable law.
- Your personal data will be stored for the periods necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and then for the period provided for by law.
- You have the right to access your data, and, within the regulations of the law, to:
- rectify your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict the data processing,
- transfer your data,
- object to the processing of your data.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority, if you believe that processing of your personal data violates the data protection legislation. In Poland, it is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the event. Should personal data not be provided, participation in the above-mentioned event will not be possible.
- Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling referred to in Art. 22 of the Regulation.
