Mock Job Interview 2025 – Prepare for a Job Interview in English

Have you ever considered working in an international environment?
Did you know that many companies assess your English during a job interview – even if the language won’t be used later on?

It doesn’t matter whether you’re planning to live near Bialystok, in Wrocław, Venice, or Hawaii – nowadays, you can work from almost anywhere in the world.
Opportunities are open not only in international companies but also in Polish ones where people from all over the world often work side by side.

The knowledge and skills you gain while studying at Bialystok University of Technology are a great gateway to internships and employment in many exciting companies.

Conversations with students show that the first step – the job interview – often feels the most intimidating.
We want to show you that it’s easier than you think!

The Foreign Language Centre and the Career Development and Alumni Relations Office invite you to Mock Job Interview 2025 – an event where you’ll prepare for a job interview and then take part in a real simulation in English with a company recruiter.

Mock Job Interview includes:

  • workshops and presentations on how to prepare for job interviews,

  • individual consultations with a career advisor on creating a valuable CV,

  • job interview simulations in English with native speakers from the Foreign Language Centre,

  • job interview simulations in Russian with lecturers from the Foreign Language Centre,

  • job interview simulations in English with recruiters from companies cooperating with Bialystok University of Technology.

When?

🗓️ 4 June 2025 (Wednesday)
🕘 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

9:00–12:00 – Language and Skills Session
A series of presentations and short workshops led by experts from the Foreign Language Centre, covering language accuracy, interview strategies and key issues related to job interviews.

12:00–14:00 – Practice Session
Mock interviews in English with representatives of invited companies.

Who can participate?

The event is open to all students, doctoral candidates, and graduates of Bialystok University of Technology and other universities.
