Employees of Bialystok University of Technology visited a university in Nepal under Erasmus+ Mobility programme

From 27th June to 1st July 2022, Katarzyna Kochaniak of the Foreign Language Centre and Artur Mazur of the International Relations Office were visiting Kathmandu University in Nepal under Erasmus+ Mobility Programme.

 
In the course of their visit meetings were held with Uddhab Pyarkurel, PhD, Director of Global Engagement Division, Kishor Khanal, Prof., of Community Engagement Division, Brajesh Mishra, Prof., Director of Admissions, Deepak Prasad Subedi, PhD, Prof., Director of Research, Development and Innovation, Jyoti Pradhan, Manager of HR and General Services Section, Bhola Thapa, PhD, Prof., Vice Chancellor, Subodh Sharma, PhD, Prof., University Registrar, Bim Prasad Shrestha, PhD, Prof., Students Welfare Director.

The topics covered included challenges related to admission of foreign students to complete university studies in the post-pandemic era, effective means of promoting the offer of universities, the meaning of international cooperation in the light of development of universities, the impact of internationalisation on positions of universities in world rankings, as well as challenges related to implementation of Erasmus+ mobility and others. Moreover, a meeting with architecture students was held. The aim of the meeting was to promote Erasmus+ mobility and university’s offer regarding full-time studies.
