He has one-year experience as a designer-technologist at KAN-therm corporation Piotr is interested in composite materials, math and physics.

Sebastian Lubowicki
Sebastian Lubowicki is a PhD student at Bialystok University of Technology. His expertise encompasses in numerical simulations, digital image processing techniques, strength calculations and 3D CAD modeling. His PhD is connected with determination of mechanical properties of heterogeneous materials with the use of optical methods. Coauthor of scientific publication and patent applications, contractor in projects financed by Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), National Centre for Research and Development (NCiBR). He also working in industry since 2018 as a mechanical designer.

Extensive knowledge of conventional and composite materials strength considering various types of loads and boundary conditions. Specialist in CAD design of grips and fixtures for experimental test. Cooperation with the industry in the field of strength tests and expert opinions.
Ewa Borucinska
Ewa Borucinska
PhD student at Bialystok University of Technology. The topic of her work touches on the problem of optimizing bioreactors for microalgae culture. Her scientific interests stem from the topic of her thesis and include research on the optimization of photobioreactor design and the application of culture products. In addition, she is involved in international projects: Advanced Glass Interposer with Carbon Copper Composite Metalllization (GINCO) and Crossing boundaries on snooping after biogenic materials based on diatoms (CRODIA). She also has experience in 3D modeling, 3D printing, and prototyping earned from her work at Trójwymiarowi.pl s.c.
She is a master of out-of-the-box solutions that work great. She loves traveling during which she can learn about culture through culinary.
Mehmet Aladag
Mehmet Aladag
PhD student at Bialystok University of Technology. He earned an honorary in Machine, Design, and Construction from Mehmet Akif Ersoy University in 2012. After industry experience until 2014, he pursued undergraduate studies in mechanical engineering at Gaziantep University, graduating in 2018. His project focused on designing a Large-Scale Additive Manufacturing System. He also undertook a long-term internship in Hong Kong. Starting his Master's in July 2018, he worked as a project assistant. His thesis, "Design and Manufacturing of Asymmetric Spur Gear Forging Die," was fully funded by TUBITAK. He began teaching at Gaziantep University concurrently. After earning his Master's in August 2020, he commenced a fully funded Ph.D. at Gaziantep University, researching "Non-Planar Hybrid Large Scale Additive Manufacturing." In October 2021, he embarked on a long-term Ph.D. internship at Bialystok University of Technology. In September 2022, he commenced and continue his doctorate at the Bialystok University of Technology, specializing in "Design and development of functional multi-material elements and their fabrication using additive manufacturing methods." Alongside his Ph.D. research, he actively participated in a European Horizon project titled "Surface coating and microstructuring for compound functionalized biomaterials in dentistry (SMILE)." His expertise encompasses multi-material elements, surface integrity, high porosity materials, additive manufacturing, precision forging, and finite element analysis. Additionally, he has experience in robotic automation, engineering software development, and digital image processing techniques.
Szymon Andrejczuk
Szymon Andrejczuk
Specialist at the Augmented Reality Lab “AURELA” within the Faculty of Architecture at Białystok University of Technology and a graduate of Kozminski University. Born with a disability, he leverages his experiences to foster advancements in accessibility, assistive technology and to increase awareness of the needs and potential of people with disabilities. As the chairman of the Youth Council of the Podlasie Assembly of People with Disabilities, he actively contributes to numerous projects that promote accessibility, inclusivity, and social awareness. An enthusiast of technologies like 3D printing, AI, and assistive technologies, he co-develops innovative solutions, including tactile maps and signage for visually impaired individuals. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and engaging in outdoor sports.
Klaudia Tomaszewska
Klaudia Tomaszewska
PhD student and employed as assistant at the Faculty of Management Engineering at Bialystok University of Technology. In her teaching work, she applies the experience gained in her role as a production leader. Her research interests focus on quality management, process improvement, and digital technologies. Her doctoral work is related to implementing extended reality technology in production flow management. She is the author and co-author of scientific publications and actively participates in conferences and projects. She is passionate about creating digital graphics, which is a creative escape, where she can fully embrace her attention to detail and sense of aesthetics.
