LIMACON FIRST DAY

The first day of LIMACON 2026 was filled with inspiring discussions, international networking, and valuable exchanges of experience. The conference brought together representatives of universities, international research institutions, industrial partners, and Polish Key National Clusters, creating a unique platform for dialogue on the future of advanced materials and innovative technologies.
The conference was officially opened by the Rector of Bialystok University of Technology, who emphasized the importance of strong cooperation between academia and industry in building a competitive, knowledge-based, and innovation-driven economy.
Throughout the sessions and networking discussions, participants highlighted that the development of modern technologies requires close collaboration between science and industry, as well as openness to international partnerships. LIMACON became a meeting point for diverse perspectives, experiences, and competencies — from fundamental research to industrial implementation.
The first day clearly demonstrated that innovation emerges where knowledge, experience, and willingness to cooperate across borders and sectors come together.
