XVI International Staff Week at BUT

Join us for the 16th International Staff Week at Bialystok University of Technology, hosted by the International Relations Offices on May 18–22, 2026.

 

This 16th meeting for partner universities is organized by the BUT International Relations Offices within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme. Participants of the International Staff Week will include university authorities, academic staff, and international office representatives from around the world, including countries such as:

Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Fiji, Ghana, Georgia, Spain, Kosovo, Maldives, Morocco, Mauritius, Moldova, Mozambique, Germany, Nigeria, Portugal, El Salvador, Serbia, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe.

Guests will have the opportunity to explore Bialystok University of Technology, participate in faculty meetings and the INNOBUILD conference, as well as deliver guest lectures for BUT students and staff.

We invite everyone interested in establishing cooperation with our partner universities to visit the BUT Centre for Modern Education (CNK) and participate in the events held on May 18–19:

  • Monday, May 18th, from 12:15 PM at the BUT Centre for Modern Education (Lecture Hall P0/33): The official opening ceremony. We will present our university, introduce the International Staff Week guests, discuss international projects conducted by BUT, and meet with representatives of the ACROSS European University Alliance.
  • Tuesday, May 19th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM: We invite you to the ‘Cultural Stands’. Partner universities visiting our institution will present themselves at individual stands in the lobby of the BUT Center for Modern Education (next to Lecture Hall P0/33). International guests will share information about their home universities, providing a great opportunity for networking and tasting traditional delicacies from various corners of the world, including: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Ghana, Georgia, Spain, Kosovo, Maldives, Morocco, Mauritius, Moldova, Mozambique, Germany, Nigeria, Portugal, El Salvador, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe.
