Take part in last in this semester culinary workshops and learn how to prepare Polish traditional food!

Workshops will take place on 12.06.2026 (Friday) at 09:30 a.m. and will last about 3 hours in Zmokła Kura culinary studio in Bialystok. There will be a bus for participants of the workshops, which will take people to the studio from the front of IRO and after the meeting will bring you back to the campus.

Detailed programme:

09:00 am gathering in front of IRO (room C31, Faculty of Computer Science)
09:10 am bus ride to the culinary studio
09:30 am Welcome of workshop participants, division into task groups, introduction of the menu
09:40-11:00 am Cooking time
11:00-12:15 am Lunch, presentation on Polish cuisine and short quiz with souvenirs
12:30 am Bus ride back to the campus
