Take part in next culinary workshops and learn how to prepare Polish traditional food!

Workshops will take place on 24.03.2026 (Tuesday) at 4:00 p.m. and will last about 4 hours in Zmokła Kura culinary studio in Bialystok. There will be a bus for participants of the workshops, which will take people to the studio from the front of IRO and after the meeting will bring you back to the campus.

Detailed programme:

04:00 pm bus ride to the culinary studio; meeting point: in front of IRO
04:15 pm Welcome of workshop participants, division into task groups, introduction of the menu
04:30-06:30 pm Cooking time
06:30-08:00 pm Get-together dinner, presentation on Polish cuisine and short quiz with souvenirs
08:00 pm Bus ride back to the campus
