XIII International Staff Week at BUT

We would like to invite you to the 13th International Staff Week at Bialystok University of Technology, that will take place on 2-6 December 2024 and is organized by the BUT Mobility and International Agreements Unit.

The 13th meeting for partner universities is organised by the BUT Mobility and International Agreements Unit (International Relations Offices), as part of the Erasmus+ Programme. Among the participants of the International Staff Week will be representatives of university authorities, academics and staff of international relations offices from all over the world, such as:

Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Mauritius, Mexico, Mongolia, Morocco, Mozambique, Taiwan, Turkey.  

The guests will have the opportunity to get to know Bialystok University of Technology, attend meetings at faculties, and give lectures to BUT students and staff.

 

On Monday, 2 December, at 11.00 a.m. (assembly hall P0/33, CNK building), we invite all to official opening of the XIII International Staff Week with a Welcome Speech and introduction of the participants.

And on Tuesday, 3 December, all those interested in establishing cooperation with partner universities are invited to participate in the following events:

  • 9:30-10:00 – Presentation of projects carried out at BUT, funded by the Erasmus+ programme (assembly hall P0/33, CNK building);
  • 10:00–12:15 – “Cultural stands” – presentation of partner universities from 13 countries at individual stands in the hall next to the assembly hall P0/33, CNK building. At their stands, foreign guests will share information about their home universities. This will be an opportunity to network and sample delicacies from different parts of the world; 

We would also like to invite you to the open lectures of the participants of the 13th International Staff Week, which will be held at the individual faculties of BUT on Thursday, 5 December – detailes will be posted soon:
