Oral Presentations
The duration of each oral presentation is 10-12 minutes, followed by 3–5 minutes for questions and discussion. Presenters are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the allocated time in order to ensure the smooth running of the conference programme.
Each session will be moderated by a Session Chair, who will manage the session schedule and facilitate the discussion.
Conference room will be equipped with a laptop with presentation software (Microsoft PowerPoint), a data projector, and a projection screen.
Presentations in .pptx format should be sent to irt@pb.edu.pl by 2 June 2026, with the file name formatted as: name_surname_irt.pptx. Presenters are also encouraged to bring a USB flash drive with a backup copy of their presentation.
Poster Presentations
Posters should be prepared according to the conference poster template and printed in A1 format by the participants.
The presence of at least one author during the poster session is mandatory in order to present the poster to conference participants and the Scientific Committee.
