Logging into Office365

Instruction for a student/doctoral student/postgraduate student/trainee/secondary school student

To use Microsoft Office 365 services you need to:

  1. Go to the login page: https://office.com
  2. Enter the login, in the form of:
    1. for students: id@student.pb.edu.pl
      Please note! To facilitate communication with teaching staff an email alias has been created for the account: name.surname.register_number@student.pb.edu.pl.
      The alias is not the name of the account and is not intended for logging in.
    2. for students of the doctoral school/doctoral students: name.surname@sd.pb.edu.pl,
    3. for postgraduate students: name.surname@podyplomowe.pb.edu.pl,
    4. for trainees: name.surname@kursy.pb.edu.pl,
    5. for secondary school students: name.surname@liceum.pb.edu.pl.
  3. Enter the initial password that was sent to the email address you provided during the recruitment process
  4. Provide an additional authentication method. UCI recommends installing the Authenticator software.

 

Instructions for employees

To use Microsoft Office 365 services you need to:

  1. Go to the login page: https://office.com.
  2. Enter the login, in the form of:
    1. name.surname@st.pb.edu.pl
    2. n.surname@st.pb.edu.pl
      Please note! The prefix is the same as the one in the BUT main email service.
  3. Enter the initial password that was sent to your primary university email address
  4. Provide an additional authentication method. UCI recommends installing the Authenticator software.
