Get to know the Chinese martial art – Tai Chi
12-09-2024Registration is now open for Tai Chi classes organised by the Polish-Chinese Cooperation Centre of BUT!
Some of the benefits of training:
- stress reduction and therefore a positive impact on mental health
- relaxation of muscle tension and improvement of motor coordination resulting in improved physical health, including pain reduction
- the opportunity to learn about and gain a deeper understanding of Chinese culture
Anyone interested, regardless of age or familiarity with this martial art, is encouraged to attend Tai Chi classes.
Classes will be held once a week at the BUT Academic Sports Centre.
750 zł for the full academic year (25 zł per clock hour).
