Information clause (GDPR)
Administrator’s information – pursuant to art. 13 (1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR)

- The Administrator of your personal data is Bialystok University of Technology, 45A Wiejska Street, 15-351 Białystok, tel.: 85 746 90 00, https://www.pb.edu.pl (hereinafter referred to as the University).
- The administrator, pursuant to Art. 37 (1)(a) GDPR, appointed the Data Protection Officer, with whom you can contact in matters related to the processing of personal data by e-mail at: iod@pb.edu.pl.
- Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- registration of participation and organization of the ’11th International Conference AMCM 2025′,
- communication with the Participants in matters related to the conference and documenting the conference proceedings
– pursuant to Article 6 (1)(e) GDPR, as it is necessary to perform a task carried out in the public interest in connection with the mission of the higher education and science system in the field of education, scientific activity, shaping civic attitudes, - promotional and informational – the processing of Participants’ personal data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(e) GDPR and pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR with regard to image capture.
- The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing services to the University, including IT service providers, legal services and other entities authorised by law.
- Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary for the proper organization of the conference and then for the period resulting from the legal provisions on archiving.
- You have the right to access your data, and, within the regulations of the law, to:
- withdraw the consent granted, provided that the withdrawal of the consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent granted before its withdrawal;
- rectify your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict the data processing,
- object to the processing of your data.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority, if you believe that processing of your personal data violates the data protection legislation. In Poland, it is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
- Providing data is voluntary, but necessary in order to register and participate in the conference. Should personal data not be provided, participation in the above-mentioned conference will not be possible.
- Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling referred to in Art. 22 of the Regulation.
