Transforming Education with AI: MAESTRO-AI Showcased at Sofia Tech Park

During the International Forum on Advanced ICT Research and Innovation held at Sofia Tech Park (29 September – 1 October 2025), Dr. Nektarios Moumoutzis represented the Technical University of Crete. In his invited lecture titled “Transforming Learning Environments through Digital Innovation,” he presented, among other initiatives, the ongoing work on the MAESTRO-AI project. His presentation highlighted how AI-driven pedagogical frameworks and Custom GPTs can support higher-education teaching and learning through structured prompt-pattern design, adaptive tutoring, and meta-language-based lesson planning.
