During the conference investigators from Slovakia and Greece will present their projects – GlaCerHub and EXCEL4MED, exemplary projects of the Horizon Hubs. Dr Peter Hostak will talk about The European Innovation Center for the Glass and Ceramic Industry, whereas Prof. Vasilis Valdramidis will present his Excellence Hub project dedicated to green technologies, with a particular focus on introducing innovation ecosystems in the Mediterranean food value chain.

The conference is organized by Bialystok University of Technology in cooperation with the Marshal’s Office of the Podlaskie Region (Strategic Partner), National Key Clusters (Evoluma Industrial Cluster, formerly Metal Processing Cluster, Polish Construction Cluster, Polish Composite Technology Cluster) with the support of the Bialystok Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Foundation for the Development of the Bialystok University of Technology and in cooperation with the Institute of Light and Polymer Technologies from Dresden University of Technology and the Fraunhofer Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems IKTS.
