Our student on the podium!

We are proud to announce that a student of the Confucius Classroom at the Bialystok University of Technology, Wiktoria Dawidziuk, took part in the 17th national preliminaries for the international competition “Chinese Bridge” and won third place in the youth category! This year, the preliminaries were held at the Confucius Institute in Cracow.

The contestants were judged on the correctness of their presentations in Chinese, their answers to questions related to Chinese geography and culture, and their performance of an artistic programme. On her trip to Kraków, Wiktoria was accompanied by her Chinese teacher, Chunyu Liu, who is a teacher of the Confucius Classroom at BUT. One of the ways our student presented her skills was through a dance performance. A video of the performance can be found on our social media – Facebook and Instagram.

We are delighted that a person connected to our community, through her love of Chinese culture, can boast such an impressive achievement. Congratulations!
