Rejestrowanie zg\u0142osze\u0144 od u\u017cytkownik\u00f3w, pozwoli na sprawne rozwi\u0105zywanie pojawiaj\u0105cych si\u0119 problem\u00f3w oraz dostosowanie us\u0142ug do potrzeb.<br \/>\nKa\u017cde zg\u0142oszenie wysy\u0142ane jest na adres pomocy technicznej.<\/p>\n<p>Prosimy o wype\u0142nienie poni\u017cszego formularza, aby utworzy\u0107 nowe zg\u0142oszenie.<br \/>\nPola oznaczone (*)
